Bands are made to order from five bands up and priced per band — woven cotton runs $70 a band at the five-band minimum down to $12 at 500+; beaded bands (drawstring or elastic, same price) run $80 down to $14. Up to two bead types are always included, and you approve a proof before you pay.

All prices in USD — updated July 4, 2026. “Order total (from)” is the total at the first quantity in the range — for example, 100 beaded bands are 100 × $19.50 = $1,950. At a tier break, a few more bands can cost less overall — the 3D designer flags this automatically. Orders over 1,000 bands are estimated at the 1,000-band rate — reach out for a custom quote.
Mixing bead types on one band
Every bead colour and wood is the same price — mixing types is where a small per-band cost can appear. Two different bead types are always included. From 100 bands, three are included; from 500 bands, mix as many as you like at no extra cost. Below those thresholds, each additional type adds a small amount per band (woven cotton bands carry no beads, so this never applies to them):

Pricing questions
How much do custom wedding wristbands cost?

What is the minimum order?
Five bands. At the minimum, a woven cotton order is $350 ($70 a band) and a beaded order is $400 ($80 a band) — small runs carry most of the setup work, which is why the per-band price falls quickly as quantity grows.
Is there a charge for mixing bead types?
Two different bead types are always included in the band price. From 100 bands, three are included; from 500 bands, mix as many as you like at no extra cost. Below those thresholds each additional type adds $0.50 to $5 per band, depending on quantity.
Do woven cotton and beaded bands cost the same?
No — the woven organic-cotton band is the lower-priced style. The two beaded constructions, drawstring and elastic, are priced identically. At 100 bands, for example, cotton is $17.50 a band and beaded is $19.50.
What does the price include?
Everything you design: laser engraving on both faces (your names and date on the front, each guest’s name on the back), custom artwork from the design studio, the sealed tap chip with its printed backup code, and the shared photo album with the live reception wall. No setup fees.
What about orders over 1,000 bands?
The designer estimates them at the 1,000-band rate ($12 a band for cotton, $14 for beaded), and we prepare a custom quote — email hello@wearablewedding.com with your headcount and date and we’ll price it for your event.
When do we pay?
After you approve your proof. Design in 3D, request your order, and we send a proof of your beads, wood tag and engraving — nothing is made and nothing is charged until you say it’s right.
